How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to process all orders (received before 12pm weekdays) on the day they are received.
A general guideline for deliveries:
- Within Auckland - 1-4 working days.
- Upper/Lower North Island – 2-8 working days.
- South Island – 3-8 working days.
- Rural Delivery – 3-12 working days.
Please note that unfortunately we cannot guarantee the service time taken by couriers. We appreciate your patience with our courier partners.
An email or text message confirmation with Track & Trace information will be sent to you, with the courier booking details, so you can follow your package's journey. That email does sometimes sneak into the junk folder, so double check or drop us an email and we can resend it.
Do you ship to Australia?
Yes we do. Our website should automatically detect you are in Australia and change AUD. Please ensure the country is set to Australia when adding the delivery address at checkout.
Please note that some international orders may incur duties.
- Australia Standard (via NZ Couriers) - 10-14 working days
- Australia Express (via DHL Express) - 2-5 working days
(Please note that if delivery is to a PO Box, it may take an additional day or so).
Where is my order?
Once we have dispatched your order, please contact the courier company (not us) if you have concerns about your delivery.
If they have deemed it lost please let us know immediately.
