We want your order to get to you safely, quickly and cost-effectively. For most deliveries throughout New Zealand, we use PostHaste couriers and you will receive track and trace notification by email when your order is despatched.

Depending on the time of day that it is received, we aim to have your order delivered to you within 1-2 working days. For South Island and rural deliveries, add an extra day to delivery times.

All courier prices include Goods & Services Tax (GST).

Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of New Zealand.

Sometimes for various reasons that might be out of our control you may receive goods that are damaged, defective or incorrect. 

In the event this happens, please notify us immediately by email with a brief description and a photo of what the issue is. Hold on to the goods until we can identify and rectify any issue as in most circumstances we will require the faulty goods returned.

Terms and Conditions for Returns / Refunds


We cannot provide refunds other than for damaged goods.

In addition to your Statutory Rights, we will happily exchange or refund providing the following conditions have been met:


  • Please note the return period for order queries is strictly 7 days from the date of invoice.
  • If you want to exchange or return boxed goods, they must be returned to us in the original unmarked packaging and in the original condition.
  • If any items are being returned, please ensure you pack them inside a Courier Track Pack or Carton. Should the product packaging be marked or in an unsatisfactory condition, we may not exchange or refund the goods.
  • Once a product seal has been broken we cannot accept a return due to being a food product.
  • We recommend using an insured courier service and that you keep a record of your shipment until replacement or credit is received.
  • Any promotional discount offers will be honoured when exchanging size, but in the case your size request is unavailable or a refund is requested, promotional offers will not be extended to your new order.
  • Any free promotional items should be returned along with your order for a refund, to avoid being charged for these goods.
  • Clearance items – all sales are final and not able to be returned.
  • Once your returned order is received, we will process and distribute the replacement goods or refund within 3 working days.
  • The refund payment will be issued to the same form of payment used to place the order (Credit Card or Bank account supplied).
